He has been a long-time attorney of the New Jersey Bar (retired status), with a JD from Georgetown University. He is a licensed California real estate broker and a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB). Tim has taught in a prestigious Rutgers University Honors Program, as an adjunct at two New Jersey public colleges, and as a full-time professor in a southwestern U. S. university MBA & BBA program business. He currently teaches periodically as a part-time senior lecturer on the Management faculty of a prominent nationally recognized graduate university on the California coast.

In addition to this distinguished professional and academic career, Tim has founded, bought, managed, developed, grown, and sold businesses in various fields, including instrument manufacturing, computer software & hardware development and manufacture, national & international marketing, publishing, wholesale distribution, R&D, pharmaceuticals, and bio-technology.
