About our Broker, Senior Advisor, & Founder
The owner of EvergreenGold-affiliated businesses, Tim Cunha, J.D. (Cal. DRE # 01919755), brings well over 40 years of business management & ownership, business development, and business transition experience to serving our clients.
He has been a long-time attorney of the New Jersey Bar with a JD from Georgetown University and is a licensed California real estate broker and a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB). He has taught as part-time “visiting faculty” in a prestigious Rutgers University Honors Program for six years, as an adjunct at two New Jersey public colleges, and as a full-time professor for three years in a southwestern U. S. university MBA & BBA program business. He currently teaches periodically as a senior lecturer on the Management faculty of a prominent nationally-recognized graduate university on the California coast.
In addition to this distinguished professional and academic career, Tim Cunha has founded, bought, managed, developed, grown, and sold businesses in various fields, including instrument manufacturing, computer software & hardware development and manufacture, national & international marketing, publishing, wholesale distribution, R&D.
